Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Psychometrician to join our diagnostics team. As a trusted advisor, you'll lead the development and validation of psychometric instruments for our Gap Performance Diagnostic suite and other diagnostic products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate psychometric instruments for our diagnostic products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and evaluate assessment tools
  • Design and implement validation studies to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Analyze psychometric data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above in Psychometrics, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in psychometric test development and validation
  • Strong background in classical test theory and assessment design
  • Interest in business application of qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages
