Senior Psychometrician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychometrician to join our diagnostics team at Gap International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and validating psychometric instruments for our Gap Performance Diagnostic suite and other diagnostic products.

• Lead the development and validation of psychometric instruments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and validity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and evaluate assessment tools related to employee and organizational success.
• Design and implement validation studies, analyzing psychometric data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert and Gap consultant.
• Continually grow and develop as a consultant, staying up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies.

• Master's degree or above in Psychometrics, Psychology, Education Measurement, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in psychometric test development and validation.
• Strong background in classical test theory, assessment design, item response theory, and other psychometric models.
• Interest in business application of qualitative and quantitative data analysis, performance management, and employee engagement metrics.
• Skillsets in research analysis, proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, SAS) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Passion for innovation and commitment to making a meaningful impact on organizational performance.
• Potential travel domestically and/or internationally.
• Current resident or able to relocate to Philadelphia area.
