Eyewear Specialist

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

This Sales Associate role is a key part of our team at LensCrafters, responsible for delivering sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. You will work closely with our opticians and other colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every patient leaves satisfied with their purchase.

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives through excellent customer service and relationship-building
• Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescriptions
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with optical measurements
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed
• Foster a positive store environment and build strong relationships with colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
