As an Eyewear Retail Associate at LensCrafters, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for promoting our range of eyewear products, utilizing optical prescription information to make personalized recommendations, and assisting patients in frame selection. Additionally, you will participate in maintaining a clean and organized store appearance and contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to consistently meet sales targets.
  • Provide personalized recommendations using optical prescription information.
  • Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate measurements with Opticians as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you may be eligible for a bonus and commission plan, which complements our comprehensive benefits package.
