Job Overview

Gold's Gym Washington is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and fun swim lessons for individuals of all skill levels and age groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their swimming skills.
  • Pool Safety and Maintenance: Ensure the pool area is safe and well-maintained, adhering to lifeguard and safety guidelines.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Interact with parents and guardians to discuss students' progress and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • No Prior Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required for the role.

Working Hours
