Aquatics Director

At Gold's Gym Washington, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatics Director to lead our swim program and oversee the daily operations of our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of aquatic professionals to deliver high-quality swim lessons and programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our swim program and increase revenue.
• Manage the budget and finances of the aquatic department, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our swim program, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations, as well as Gold's Gym Washington's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fitness or aquatic environment.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification and CPR/AED Instructor Certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
