Dental Care Professional

At the Dental Care Center of Macon, we are seeking a qualified Dental Care Professional to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and providing exceptional customer service.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a certified dental assisting background and previous experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist during exams and procedures, preparing sterilized equipment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Take x-rays and accurately record medical history
- Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
- Assist the dentist during procedures and exams
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
- Schedule appointments
