In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Salary and Benefits: As a Customer Service Manager, you can expect a competitive salary range of $13.75 - $14.75 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and prescription benefits, 401(k) program with company match, paid vacation, sick/personal pay (SPP), employee discount, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance (LTD). You will also have the opportunity to participate in our flexible spending plan and holiday pay.

Job Description: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for performing duties as front-end manager, assisting customers with returns, managing registers, assisting customers as needed, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as front-end manager, including managing store operations and ensuring that customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and other issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage registers, including processing transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling records.

  • Assist customers as needed, including answering questions, providing product information, and resolving customer complaints.

  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, thanking them for their business, and ensuring that they have a positive experience in our store.

Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
