Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality customer service and support to clients via phone, resolving issues and processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner, with a strong understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary, responding to client inquiries and investigating and correcting errors in client accounts and statements.
- Maintain correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
- Enter information into a computerized database, communicating any problems or issues to management.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
