Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise and dedication will make a lasting impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
