Burial Vault Installation Specialist

This role involves providing top-notch customer service while working outdoors to deliver and install concrete burial vaults. The primary focus is ensuring a respectful and flawless burial experience for families who have recently lost a loved one.

• Delivering Excellence: Prepare concrete burial vaults according to orders, loading, transporting, and unloading them using company vehicles.
• Servicing Families: Install vaults into graves, close and lower them after the service (may involve assisting gravediggers with shoveling dirt to close the grave).
• Maintaining Fleet and Facilities: Assemble and disassemble graveside tents, prepare graveside services by arranging folding chairs, chair covers, and artificial grass, and keep delivery trucks, warehouses, and shops clean and organized.

• A valid driver's license with limited infractions.
• PREFERRED knowledge of backhoe operation but willingness to learn considered.
• Able to obtain a medical card.
• Self-motivation and self-monitoring with minimal supervision.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background/MVR check.
• Capability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.
