Senior Epoxy Coating Specialist

As a Polyurea Floor Coating Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and installation of high-quality epoxy coatings on residential and commercial concrete surfaces. This will include:

• Preparing job orders and ensuring all required materials are loaded on the trailer for each installation;
• Mixing and applying polyurea/epoxy surface coatings in garages, patios, basements, and other areas, utilizing the latest technology and techniques;
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving situations that may arise during the installation process;
• Maintaining high levels of quality assurance and quality control throughout each project;
• Communicating directly with customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A great attitude and dependability;
• Prior experience working with polyurea or epoxy coatings, preferably in a construction or painting environment;
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle check;
• The physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work comfortably in various environments.
