Job Summary
As a skilled Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in our inpatient acute care team, delivering exceptional patient care through comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing patient functional levels and promoting overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients with precision and compassion
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs, adjusting as needed to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring seamless communication with the medical team
• Enter charges accurately, adhering to reimbursement guidelines
• Foster effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their care
• Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers, mentoring them in evidence-based practice and clinical excellence

Requirements
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, plus 2 years of experience above the minimum qualification
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in multiple computer systems and standard Rehabilitation equipment
• High attention to detail in fast-paced environments, with ability to multitask effectively
