Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our prominent assisted living facility in Waco, Texas. This role will involve providing top-notch care to our residents while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to residents in a supportive and dynamic environment
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas (and any other states where required)
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Necessary computer literacy skills and experience working with electronic medical records
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
