Dental Care Provider

We are seeking an experienced dentist to provide dental care services to our patients in a part-time capacity.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dentistry, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to dental patients, including exams, cleanings, and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate services with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community providers and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Dentist licensed in the State of Alaska and DEA registration.
- Four years post-graduate practice experience required.
- Experience in dealing with medically underserved populations.
- Experience with Electronic Dental Records required; experience with Dentrix preferred.
- Knowledge of dental clinic operations.
- Ability to coordinate care with other medical, behavioral health, and dental staff.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Electronic Dental Records.
This position is based in Fairbanks, Alaska, and may require travel within the Fairbanks North Star Borough and Denali Borough. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are required.
The position may require working occasional evenings and weekends.
