Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate modular construction projects at a production facility, ensuring seamless execution from inception to site deployment.
  • Direct all site-related activities, including sourcing, qualifying, and engaging material vendors to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, production managers, and general contractors to guarantee adherence to specifications and quality assurance standards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to project managers regarding any changes, concerns, or updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze and address emerging challenges to effectively manage and mitigate risks.
Travel Requirements

This position necessitates travel up to 85% of the time, depending on project demands.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience in multi-family commercial projects.
