Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
  • Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements
  • 10-20 years of experience in construction, with a strong background in civil construction, heavy site work, and pipeline installation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including experience with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction crews
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
