Business Manager - Behavioral Health Job Summary

At Veterans Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to oversee the business operations of our behavioral health programs. This role will report to the Vice President of Finance, Development and Administration and will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal responsibility of our behavioral health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business office functions for behavioral health programs, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage budgets and resolve claim denials to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Collect and analyze data to generate reports on program performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Supervise business staff and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the resources needed to perform their job duties.
  • Develop and implement auditing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with CARF Accreditation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for payment transactions and ensure accurate and timely processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in medical office management or a related field.
  • Four years of program management experience in behavioral health.
  • Past background check clearance.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policy.
