REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY
Applicants should possess a background in managing Workers' Compensation Claims in Arizona.

Conduct thorough investigations, assess, negotiate, and resolve claims of moderate complexity; implement actions that positively influence profitability.
Manage the settlement of claims for designated business lines promptly and fairly under general oversight.Key Responsibilities
Receive claim assignments, verify policy coverages, and ensure timely acknowledgment of claims.
Utilize independent judgment to interpret and make decisions on moderate complexity claims and applicable policy coverages.
Investigate, assess, negotiate, and adjudicate both first and third-party claims to establish validity and ascertain the extent of damages through communication with clients, claimants, witnesses, or other relevant parties.
Compile and analyze claims activity, preparing comprehensive reports for clients, carriers, and management.Establish reserves based on independent judgment and expertise, authorizing payments within the defined scope of authority, ensuring claims are settled in a cost-effective manner with timely disbursement.
Make prompt and fair settlement decisions, issuing company drafts for claims payments within authority limits.Identify subrogation and third-party recovery opportunities, adhering to reclaim procedures.
Analyze claims activities and prepare reports for clients, carriers, and management, participating in claim reviews.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
1-3 years of comprehensive claims investigation and settlement experience in a similar organization.
Ability to work independently while assimilating various technical subjects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to gather and analyze information, determine appropriate actions, and implement solutions.
Exceptional problem identification, analysis, and resolution skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to engage with external sources and all levels of employees.
