Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and technologies that meet business requirements and improve product quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and training materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, including lean manufacturing and six sigma.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
