We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Medtronic. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and technologies that meet business requirements and improve product quality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and training materials.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, including lean manufacturing and six sigma.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
