Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients.

Responsibilities include overseeing the treatment and services provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare personnel on the designated unit and shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and assess individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and re-assessments of patients.
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient information.
  • Report any patient concerns or changes in condition promptly to the supervisor or physician.

Work Schedule:
*Full-time, Part-time, and PRN Night Shift Nurses are required* (12-hour shifts)

Compensation:
*$5,000 sign-on bonus*
*RN Pay - up to $38/hr based on experience*

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Preferred: One or more years of nursing experience in the relevant clinical area.
  • Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or addiction recovery settings is advantageous.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Current RN license from the state or a compact state, as applicable.
  • Certification in Psychiatric Nursing is preferred.

Core Duties:
  • Assess and coordinate care by evaluating the physical and behavioral health needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and educate clients and their families on health conditions.
  • Monitor and document ongoing client status and ensure nursing treatment plans are tailored to assessed needs.
  • Accurately administer medications and monitor compliance with prescribed treatments.
  • Engage with the treatment team regarding client care and participate in unit activities.
  • Provide education to clients and families about medication usage and rights.
  • Ensure thorough documentation for all clients and communicate effectively with oncoming staff.
