GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The primary objective of this role is to market and provide support for light commercial projects, ensuring the company remains a trusted solutions provider for customers needing replacement systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver equipment replacement estimates to current clients for outdated systems.
  • Prepare design specifications, including installation layouts for customer orders.
  • Secure signed agreements.
  • Procure necessary equipment and materials to fulfill customer orders.
  • Coordinate all permits, subcontractors, and equipment rentals.
  • Create comprehensive project job packages for supervisors, installers, and warehouse staff.
  • Schedule project timelines with clients while liaising with dispatch.
  • Manage all financial transactions related to sales, including deposits, final payments, rebates, incentives, and financing options.
  • Identify new sales opportunities for systems 25 tons and under within the service area.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Present various options and solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

2) Complete commission request forms and analyze all sold and billed jobs for profitability.

3) Ensure an additional level of quality assurance.

4) Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales staff.

5) Engage in training sessions to remain updated on new products and industry trends.

6) Acquire customers through referrals.

7) Follow up with slow-paying clients to collect outstanding payments.

8) Evaluate projects for non-contract customers with systems 25 tons and under.

Physical Requirements & Job Environment:

  • Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and moving equipment or materials on job sites, vendor locations, or warehouses.

Familiarity with safe operation and usage of tools such as hammer drills is essential. Environmental conditions may vary from outdoor settings to standard office environments.
