Responsibilities- Manage the care of patients with digestive diseases, including coordination of care, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness through lifestyle modifications and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in gastroenterology care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in gastroenterology, applying evidence-based knowledge to patient care and education.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in gastroenterology or a related field, with a strong understanding of digestive diseases and their management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
