Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Springboard Hospitality in Kailua Kona, HI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their parking experience is seamless and efficient.
  • Provide information on parking rates, policies, and available parking spaces, addressing any questions or concerns with a smile.
  • Monitor parking facilities to prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of parking spaces, maintaining a safe and organized environment for all guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including the number of parked vehicles and any incidents, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, management, and coworkers.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic work environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including long hours when necessary, with a medium level of physical exertion required.
