We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Quality and Medical Staff Services Manager to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and medical staff services functions of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality and medical staff services teams
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and professional organizations
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality and medical staff services, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations for improvement
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and hospital policies
