Job Summary

As a Loss Prevention Associate at Kohl's, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets, including physical assets, human assets, and profit assets. This position requires a strong focus on security, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in protecting all assets, including physical assets, human assets, and profit assets, by monitoring security policies and procedures, reporting incidents, and participating in internal investigations.
  • Partner with Distribution Center Loss Prevention Assistant Supervisors and Facilities Management to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Monitor Safety Policies and Procedures and participate in the Distribution Center Safety Committee to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform Loss Prevention Audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Report production fraud by associates and assist in store inquiries and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Adherence to Ethical Standards and Professional communication and confidentiality.
  • Multi-functional, judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math, computer operations, reading, handwriting, and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Auditing experience.
  • Knowledge of software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and PeopleSoft.
