About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at PRIDE Health. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and maintaining accurate records of patient information.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take vital signs and document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and best practices

Requirements:
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience working in long-term care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
