Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our award-winning team in the Greensboro, NC area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling new construction installation and first-year warranty issues, troubleshooting problems, and conducting service calls.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain residential HVAC systems in new construction projects
  • Assist with all phases of residential HVAC new construction, including installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
  • Conduct service calls and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and use scaffolding
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • EPA certification and new construction experience a plus
