We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in a client office setting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
