Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, including monthly close-out and financial statements.
    • Process invoices for payment, collect rent, fees, and other payments, and complete bank deposits and account reconciliations.
  • Leasing and Marketing
    • Support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
    • Complete the full leasing cycle from beginning to end, including showing apartments and processing applications.
  • Community Management
    • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the community, including responding to resident concerns and resolving issues.
    • Coordinate with maintenance and make-ready teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Client and Owner Management
    • Conduct property tours and provide updates on property performance to clients and owners.
    • Manage relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Safety and Maintenance
    • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the property, including reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions.
    • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist in managing administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
    • Provide support to the Community Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in property management software and other administrative tools.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Current valid driver's license required.
    • Certifications in property management or related field preferred.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver weights up to 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
    • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and climb as needed.
