OVERVIEW: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is in search of Theater Operations Analysts stationed in Kuwait to provide support to the Product Manager for Aerostats, based at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate theater-sponsored meetings and manage operational data, including incident reports, site configurations, and field directives, while recommending enhancements and ensuring swift resolution of operational challenges.
  • Engage with PD Aerostats during daily communications to discuss current combat readiness, system activities, site configurations, and any new directives or policies, offering recommendations to meet U.S. Forces' needs.
  • Assist military and governmental units in developing necessary documentation packages for resource acquisition related to site preparation and crew support.
  • Support PD Aerostats in organizing housing and food arrangements for incoming and outgoing system crews in accordance with Army Field Support Brigade protocols.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics for PD Aerostats systems and crews at airfields, including temporary storage solutions as needed.
  • Collaborate with host nation efforts to support PD Aerostats systems in the theater, utilizing host nation assets when U.S. Government resources are unavailable.
  • Provide expert guidance to military units and commanders regarding PD Aerostats systems, aiding in the formulation of operational procedures and fragmentary orders.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • In-depth understanding of aerostat flight requirements, including certifications and parameters (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the impact of ISR systems on aerostats (preferred).
  • Knowledge of aerostat operational procedures and reporting mechanisms (preferred).
  • Capability to analyze operational data to identify and resolve mission-critical issues affecting Warfighter support.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in military or civilian operations management.
  • Additional experience in a related field may substitute for educational requirements.
  • A Master's degree may replace 3 years of experience if in a relevant field.
  • Experience with aerostats exceeding 20 meters in length (preferred).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position involves sedentary work requiring physical activities such as reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions. Occasionally lifting up to 20 lbs may be necessary. Travel may occur in austere locations with extreme climatic conditions.

Must meet CONUS Replacement Center requirements for deployment into the CENTCOM area of operations.

Employees must possess the ability to see, hear, read, and write effectively in English. Essential skills include adaptability, analytical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10% international travel by ground and air.
