Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the district manager and other stakeholders to launch new products, services, and processes.
  • Ensure that employees are properly trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
  • Partner with HR and Loss Prevention to investigate internal issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that meets company standards.
  • Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, procedures, reports, documentation, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Two years of proven retail sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent sales skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius.
