About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Building Automation Programmer to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems for commercial buildings.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience programming BAS and integrating with third party equipment, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience with various commercial HVAC systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement control systems for commercial buildings.
  • Provide technical assistance during start-up and commissioning on projects as assigned.
  • Support installation personnel on project sites.
  • Debug installation issues during both static and dynamic start up and commissioning of building controls and special systems.
  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience programming BAS and integrating with third party equipment preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with various commercial HVAC systems.
  • Programming experience with Johnson Controls / Facility Explorer / Tridium Niagara highly preferred.
  • Experience with hands-on/field troubleshooting preferred.
  • BACnet and Modbus protocol experience.
  • Clear understanding and practical experience working with computer networks and BAS networks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
