Job Description

At TeamLogic IT - Dallas, we're seeking a highly skilled System Network Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Service Provider organization, you'll be responsible for proactively managing computer and network systems for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments, enabling them to focus on their core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage computer and network systems for client businesses
  • Monitor and maintain network systems, troubleshoot and make improvements as necessary
  • Provide end-user support and interact with clients on a daily basis
  • Consult with clients on hardware, software, and network solutions to improve business processes and efficiencies
  • Engineer new client on-boarding and transition processes using best-in-class due diligence and discovery practices

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
  • Strong technical and client-facing skills
  • Experience with RMM tools and processes (Kaseya a plus)
  • Skilled in client interaction and communication
  • End-user support and project management experience
  • Expert experience with Windows PC and Server Operating Systems
  • Expert with Active Directory
  • Understanding of Backup and Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies
  • Interest in working with cloud servers (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Experience with Virtual Machine configurations
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of software update and Patch Management processes
  • Voice over IP (VoIP) knowledge and experience
  • Document technical procedures and user guides
  • Assist in the support of third-party client applications (QuickBooks, ERP, CRM, etc.)

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Administrator fundamental and role-based certifications
  • Cisco Entry, Associate, Professional, and Expert Certifications
  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
  • Other applicable certifications

  • Comfortable working with people at all levels within a client organization

  • Reside in close proximity to Rockwall, Texas (preferably within a 25-mile radius)
