Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume kitchen and restaurant team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality food preparation.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks, servers, and other restaurant staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in managing a high-volume kitchen or restaurant.
  • Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
  • Cash managing experience, with the ability to accurately handle cash and manage inventory.
  • Able to lift approximately 50 lbs.
