Mental Health Services Director

This Mental Health Services Director position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide comprehensive treatment and support services to individuals with serious mental illness.
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy, and at least five years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness. They will also be fully licensed for three or more years and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
The estimated salary for this role is between $58,000 and $73,376 per year, based on relevant experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical skills in diagnosis, intervention, formulation, and implementation of treatment plans with client input
- Work with the referral team to provide education about the program, assess individuals for admission, and manage program admissions
- Ensure data collection is completed in a timely, accurate manner
