Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $250,000 per annum, reflecting the high demand for skilled physicians in the region. Our compensation package includes:

  • A base salary of $200,000 with additional earnings through bonuses and incentives

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive health system that encourages professional growth. As a Pediatric Endocrinology Physician, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting (85% of your time) and inpatient settings (15% of your time)
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care goals
  • Engaging with patients and their families to provide empathetic and compassionate care
Work-Life Balance

We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This role offers:

  • 7 sessions per week, averaging 7 patients per session
  • An average of 3-5 patients seen in the hospital per week
  • One weekend per month required on call
