We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead our clinic as a Clinic Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including census management, team selection and management, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including initial evaluation and assessment of patient needs, administering weekly treatments, and monitoring ongoing progress of patients.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and their families, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase patient satisfaction, and enhance the overall quality of care.
