CDITH LLC is seeking a highly skilled Table Games Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our table games department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our gaming operations, while providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Dealers and Table Games: Directly supervise dealers and oversee the operation and conduct of table games to ensure adherence to internal controls, standard operating procedures, and Indiana Gaming Commission regulations.
- Bankroll Management: Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of bankrolls, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Game Monitoring: Monitor all procedures governing the opening and closing of games and shift changes, ensuring that all games are supplied with adequate and operable equipment.
- Dealer Performance: Supervise the performance of dealers to ensure efficient gaming operations during a shift, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Customer Service: Promote positive customer and employee relations, ensuring that the integrity of the game is protected at all times.
- Poker Room Hosting: Provide 'hosting' duties to Poker Room guests on a rotating basis, including greeting players, conveying game information, and coordinating seating.
- Craps Game Oversight: Notify the Table Games Supervisor standing floor at the craps game about the accuracy of pay-offs, currency changes, color changes, betting minimums and maximums, and ensure that all regulations, internal controls, and standard operating procedures are being adhered to.
- Compliance and Reporting: Monitor compliance of all approved policies and procedures, reporting deviations to Table Games Management if observed.
- Comp Issuance: Authorized to issue comps in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as a multiple game dealer or related supervisory experience in table games.
- Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with customers and employees.
- Math Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical theory.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
- Computer Skills: Must possess intermediate PC skills and Microsoft Office experience.
- Licensing: Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
