Job Title: Poker Dual Rate Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Poker Dual Rate Supervisor to join our team at CDITH LLC. As a Poker Dual Rate Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our poker room, ensuring that all games are run smoothly and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of poker dealers, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of poker podium banks and table banks.
  • Ensure that all procedures governing the opening and closing of games and shift changes are followed.
  • Supervise the performance of poker dealers to ensure efficient gaming operations during a shift.
  • Manage waitlist software and work to minimize open seats.
  • Ensure that games are supplied with adequate and operable equipment.
  • Ensure that all Indiana Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, Title 31 compliance, and standard operating procedures are adhered to.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including greeting players at the podium, conveying available games and limits, and managing table changes.
  • Announce new games, call names of waiting players, and provide information to callers.
  • Resolve customer game disputes in accordance with Indiana Gaming Commission regulations, Title 31 compliance, and CDITH LLC's standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years as a multiple game dealer or related supervisory experience in Poker.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals and internal controls.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively after groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical theory.
  • Must possess intermediate PC skills and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Candidate may be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of the dealing role of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit (80% of the time). While performing the duties of the Supervisory role of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand (90% of the time). Candidate must also speak, hear, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close and distance vision, color and depth perception, and peripheral vision. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to thirty (30) lbs independently and more than 30 lbs with assistance.
