Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, portfolios, roadmaps, programs, and plans to drive business objectives and meet key performance indicators.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve product innovation and brand excellence, fostering collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable projects, ensuring successful project delivery across the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee a team of highly skilled PMOs, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient project management practices.
  • Manage a large portfolio of projects, vendors, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive agility and value to the business, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Partner with senior leadership and functional leaders to develop short-term and long-term roadmaps for brand and product transformation projects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation, project, program, and portfolio management, with 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage resources, processes, and technical systems in a large matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with external global partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict and maintain performance in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions using technical and mathematical methods.
  • Solid understanding of accounting rules for expense and capital activities, with excellent financial acumen.
  • Strong skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
