Guest Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team at Coborn's. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Perform various front-end functions, including cashiering, bagging, and operating equipment such as money order machines and postal machinery.
  • Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
  • Conduct cashier accuracy audits and provide low-level troubleshooting and/or inform store management of problem areas.
  • Provide backup services to employees in all areas of responsibility, including bookkeeping, guest services, cashiering, and bagging.
  • Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.

Requirements

  • Previous guest service and cashiering experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently and accurately operate multiple POS systems and handle all forms of payment transactions.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
  • Ability to work a wide variety of shifts based on guest and location needs.
