Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and design processes for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
  • Conduct design, drafting, calculations, and oversee field operations for data collection and analysis.
  • Evaluate improvement plans, including those for streets, grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage.
  • Prepare and design engineering documentation, such as grading, drainage, street, sewer, and water plans.
  • Generate cost estimates and quantify project requirements.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data, producing comprehensive reports.
  • Prepare and assess drainage reports, calculations, and stormwater quality management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, mathematics, physics, topography, construction surveying, and analytical mechanics.
  • Exceptional technical and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a PE license.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
  • Familiarity with public agency standards and guidelines.
