  • Success in this role hinges on strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and execute projects punctually, engaging with beauty brands, manufacturing facilities, and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects independently from initiation to completion, including order confirmation, processing, and shipping.
  • Evaluate incoming purchase orders, verify pricing, lead times, and estimated completion dates with clients and production facilities.
  • Coordinate purchase orders across various departments: Accounting, Logistics, Sales, and Management.
  • Address minor order modifications and review client artwork, recommending necessary adjustments.
  • Build and maintain relationships by briefing production facilities and providing constructive feedback to clients.
  • Organize and maintain component and inspection specifications.
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Complete internal and external communications and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Review weekly open order reports and provide updates on completion statuses.
  • Communicate any order delays with production facilities and clients.
  • Inspect final packaging and quality/aesthetic with the Quality Control team prior to shipment.
  • Confirm final shipping details with clients.

Qualifications:

  • A strong interest and enthusiasm for the beauty industry, including beauty products, skin health, and artistry.
  • Experience with time tracking is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
