Job Description:

The CMDE Provider at Autism Matters is responsible for conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments. This role involves consulting with our multidisciplinary team, including ABA, Speech, Psychotherapy, and Occupational Therapy professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client interviews and assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless care
  • Document client information and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • CMDE Provider certification under MN DHS Regulations
  • Licensed physician, advanced practice registered nurse (APRN), or mental health professional (LPCC, LICSW, LCP, LFMT)
  • At least 2,000 hours of clinical experience in evaluating and treating individuals with ASD

Compensation: $45-60/hour
