Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in property management.
  • Proven experience with Affordable Housing - LIHTC (Tax Credit) and HUD programs.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and general ledger management.
  • Familiarity with federal fair housing laws and local housing regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to empathize with residents while enforcing community guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
