Primary Care Physician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Summary- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely and secure access to medical information.
- Stay current with the latest medical research, best practices, and technologies to deliver evidence-based care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid medical license and certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- At least two to five years of experience in primary care, preferably in a value-based care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions about patient care.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that prioritizes well-being and empowerment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $203,400 - $299,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
- Guaranteed base salary + quarterly bonus.
- Excellent benefit package, including health insurance, CME allowance/time, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, relocation and sign-on bonus options, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance/disability, paid time off/holidays, minimal call, and scheduled weekly hours.
