Position Overview
Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Concessions Stand Attendant at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.

Role Responsibilities
As a Concessions Stand Attendant, your primary duties will include:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverage items while ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
  • Engaging with guests, providing information about offerings, and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Assisting in the setup of the kiosk, managing inventory, and reporting any shortages to the stand lead.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, including equipment sanitation.
  • Accurately processing transactions through the point-of-sale system and ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.

Physical Requirements
This position involves:

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • The ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Working in varying temperatures and potentially confined spaces.

Shift Details
Shifts may include:

  • Day and evening shifts
  • Holidays and weekends
  • Event-based scheduling
