About the Role:
AAS Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Care Professional to join our team as a Comprehensive Dentist in a not-for-profit setting. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor Dental Assistants and Dental Hygienists to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Foster a collaborative environment with other healthcare providers to promote excellent patient outcomes.
- Liaise with the Chief Dental Officer to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Work closely with our dental team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
- Dental Degree with appropriate licensure to practice in the state of Indiana.
- At least 1 year of experience in a not-for-profit environment (highly preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of dental laws and regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and other office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, dental software, online sources, etc.).
- Completion of all assigned Relias training.
