Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop tailored analytical solutions.
  • Build, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data used for analysis and reporting.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting project requirements and timelines.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience designing, modeling, and implementing end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Intermediate level of SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
  • Strong understanding of database structures, data solutions for BI tools, and data quality.
  • General knowledge of data visualization and analytics best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required or 5 years equivalent experience.
  • Three to Five years of increasingly responsible experience in the information technology field, with some experience with business intelligence related toolsets.
  • Strongly prefer experience within a multi-unit retail environment.
  • Solid communication and facilitation skills are required to work with vendors and non-technical end-users.
